RubikVault Account and Premium Terms

1. Provider, contact and contract language
The provider and contact details are stated in the Imprint. Contract language is English. These Terms, the order summary and the electronic confirmation form the contract record.
2. Service
RubikVault provides informational market research plus optional account conveniences: cloud watchlists, saved content, longer private history, alerts, device continuity and Premium quotas. Public research remains useful without an account. RubikVault does not provide personalized investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management or trade execution.
3. Research limitations
Signals, forecasts, historical probabilities and performance evidence can be wrong. Values may be end-of-day, delayed, stale or unavailable and can change after publication. Every publication is subject to its stated horizon, evidence, risks and invalidation. Users remain responsible for their decisions.
4. Eligibility and account security
Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the contract. They must protect the configured identity-provider account and must not abuse, scrape, overload, resell, reverse engineer protected service components or circumvent quotas and security controls.
5. Free and Premium features
The current feature and quota matrix is available from the Product Config. Premium increases convenience, private history, sync, alerts and quotas. It never changes BUY membership, score, signal strength or public point-in-time performance.
6. Price, taxes and payment
The total recurring price, billing interval and payment method are displayed immediately before the order is submitted. Consumer-facing euro prices are total prices including applicable VAT unless the order summary explicitly states otherwise. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS and Android digital subscriptions are purchased only through Apple App Store or Google Play. RubikVault does not store full card data.
7. Term, renewal, free trial and cancellation
Premium costs €9.99 per month or €99 per year. An eligible first customer may receive one 14-day free trial for the verified RubikVault account, provided no earlier Web, Apple or Google Premium grant is known. The checkout or store confirmation states whether the trial applies; otherwise billing starts immediately. Beginning a trial checkout reserves that one trial for the exact channel and plan. Abandoning it does not move the trial to another channel or plan, but a normal paid purchase remains available after explicit immediate-charge confirmation. The trial converts to the selected recurring subscription unless cancelled before it ends. A subscription renews for the same interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the order or mandatory law requires an earlier end. Web subscriptions can be cancelled using the continuously accessible Cancel subscription function. Store subscriptions are managed in the relevant store. This contractual free trial is separate from the statutory withdrawal right below.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers receive the statutory withdrawal right where applicable. The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from contract conclusion. To exercise it, use the electronic withdrawal function or send an unequivocal declaration to the contact in the Imprint. RubikVault immediately confirms electronic receipt. Any request to begin performance during the withdrawal period, possible proportionate payment and any loss of the right require the legally prescribed express request and confirmation; they are not inferred from ordinary account use.
9. Model withdrawal wording
“I hereby withdraw from the contract concluded for the provision of RubikVault Premium. Ordered on: [date]. Account email or order reference: [value]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” The electronic function supplies the authenticated account reference automatically.
10. Availability and changes
RubikVault may repair, secure and update the service. Material changes affecting a paid digital service are communicated as required by law. Missing or conflicting authority fails closed; no uninterrupted availability or specific market result is promised. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Termination, refunds and account deletion
Users may export and delete account data. Account deletion terminates active web billing before deletion. Apple and Google subscriptions remain separately manageable with the store and are not silently cancelled by deleting RubikVault data. Refunds follow mandatory law and the applicable payment-provider or store process. Statutory commercial and tax records may be retained separately for the required period.
12. Liability
Liability is unlimited where required, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability and guarantees. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited only to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damage. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. Unless a legal obligation or separate commitment applies, the provider does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
