Data date and availability
RubikVault primarily publishes end-of-day research. Check the visible market date and Last Good label. Stale or conflicting authority never becomes a live claim.
Account and sign-in
RubikVault uses the configured identity provider and stores no password. Use Account → Signed-in sessions to revoke devices. Export is available before deletion.
Premium and restore
Web purchases use Stripe; iOS and Android purchases use their stores. Restore Purchase asks the authoritative provider and never trusts a client receipt alone. Premium changes convenience and quotas, not signal strength.
Cancellation, withdrawal and deletion
Cancel a subscription · Exercise withdrawal right · Account → Delete account data. Store subscriptions remain separately manageable after account deletion.
Alerts and notifications
Verify notification consent, selected channels and quiet hours. Delivery requires the owner-activated email, browser push, APNs or FCM provider. Missing credentials fail closed.
Problem report
RubikVault automatically aggregates coarse page, API, app and delivery error classes without storing raw IP, user agent, session replay or a persistent anonymous visitor identifier. If a problem continues, use the contact in the Imprint.
